Wendie gained valuable professional hands-on and managerial experience from farming, landscaping, roofing, eavestroughing and siding, as well as being an entrepreneur for a decade before becoming a real estate agent in 2011. These exceptional irreplaceable skills help her to put her clients’ front and center in the property buying/selling process.
Wendie has lived in both rural and urban environments; this personal experience has become a great asset in advising her clients whether they are moving from city to country, or vice versa. She primarily works with residential clients, both Buyers and Sellers. The knowledge she gained when learning the process of buying her first dream home, is the information she thoroughly enjoys passing on to first-time Buyers.
Wendie has pronounced expertise in advising home Buyers/Sellers in the following areas of town: Bright Oaks, Elm Park, Norberry, Normand Park, Pulberry, River Pointe, St. Vital, Van Hull Estates.
Besides real estate, Wendie enjoys building WWII model airplanes, painting with water-colour, oil, and acrylics, and gardening.
